The shape of what they're saying
A living map of what a company's customers actually say, built from their public reviews and testimonials. Every phrase people really used, clustered by theme and connected where they overlap. Drag any point, zoom in, follow a thread.
Five hundred reviews nobody had time to read, in one picture.
Made unprompted for a wellbeing app from public ratings and published testimonials, as an independent study. Not commissioned, no affiliation. Named on request.
Read the case study
- What existed before
- Five hundred public reviews spread across app stores and testimonial pages. Every one of them readable, none of them read, and no way to see what the whole body of feedback was saying.
- What it needed to become
- One picture a person could look at for thirty seconds and come away knowing what customers actually value and where they are quietly frustrated.
- What the studio decided
- That the unit had to be the customer's own phrasing rather than a sentiment score. Clustering by theme, connecting where themes overlap, and keeping every point draggable so the map can be interrogated rather than just admired.
- Where AI expanded capacity
- Extracting and normalising phrases at volume, clustering by meaning rather than keyword, and building the interactive layout.
- What was made
- An interactive map of five hundred reviews, built as an independent study with no brief and no client.
- Credits
- Concept, direction and build through Grow Brave Studios. Source material is public reviews and published testimonials, used as an unaffiliated study.
